METHODOLOGY
A transparent framework for combining signals, risk, and portfolio impact.
FinzzorAI uses a multi-factor process that combines market regime, company quality, valuation, technical structure, risk measures, strategy scoring, and portfolio constraints.
1. Define market regime
Objective: establish whether broad conditions support or challenge a company-level setup. Review indices, sectors, breadth, rates, commodities, volatility, and relevant macro data.
2. Evaluate company quality and valuation
Objective: determine whether business performance and price are aligned. Combine growth, earnings, cash flow, profitability, leverage, liquidity, valuation, and company category.
3. Quantify risk
Objective: measure downside characteristics before conviction increases. Review volatility, historical drawdown, balance-sheet pressure, liquidity, concentration, and related risk factors.
4. Assess technical structure
Objective: determine whether price behavior confirms or conflicts with fundamental analysis. Review trend, momentum, volume, VWAP, EMA structure, relative strength, support, resistance, and event timing.
5. Build category-aware strategy context
Objective: combine factor strengths and weaknesses into a comparable research view. Scoring logic can account for company type, thresholds, valuation conditions, and risk constraints.
6. Optimize portfolio fit
Objective: translate a stock idea into a portfolio-level decision. Evaluate allocation, diversification, concentration, expected return, volatility, drawdown, and risk-adjusted behavior under explicit assumptions.
